The Olympics Begin!

Last night I watched the opening of the Olympics. The Chinese put on an unbelievable show. I just hope that the environmental regulations that were implemented for the games are continued after the Olympics end. The New York Times reported on it:

Field Poll: Yes to Gay Marriage

There is now no more denying where the state, and hopefully much of the country, is moving. This (reliable, I might add) poll clearly shows that Americans now favor marriage equality for everyone.

California Democrats Increase in Registration

Our friends over at the California Majority Report and California Progress Report are noting that we Democrats have, in the course of three months, picked up just over half a percentage point in voter registration.
